Refund Policy

• Refunds processed within 10 business days of approval
• No refunds after 30% course completion
• Refunds subject to administrative review

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, code, exercises, and assessments, are the exclusive property of JapaCode and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes during your active enrollment.

8. Limitation of Liability

JapaCode provides educational services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Upon termination, your access to course materials will cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to any outstanding obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the courts of Tokyo without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation for at least 30 days.
